Information we collect
Our web server automatically recognizes only the domains, but not the email addresses, of visitors to our website. We collect aggregate (general tracking) information about pages that users visit on our site.
We collect contact information from visitors who communicate with us via email and/or our online contact form. This information may include some or all of the following: name, street address, telephone number, fax number, email address, and such other information as volunteered by website visitors.
Upon request we provide site visitors with access to their own contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them. Visitors can have this information corrected by letting us know here.
How Collected Information is Used
Collected information is used for contacting, tracking, or internal review and is then archived for future reference. The information we collect is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. It is only disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our website and applicable laws, or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our website.
If you supply us with your postal address online, you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. Persons who supply us with their telephone or fax numbers online will only receive telephone or fax contact from us with information for which they provided us their phone or fax numbers.
From time to time, we may use visitor information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in my privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to this website to notify you of these changes. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our website periodically. Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by emailing us here.
With respect to Ad Servers: we do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies or content delivery services.
Providence Subdivision allows Google to place a cookie on our behalf. It is strictly used for tracking where our guests come from - and if/when they return. (A cookie is a small data text file that allows websites to recognize you and customize your visits to their sites. Cookies themselves do not contain any personal information.)
Remember the Risks Whenever You Use the Internet.
With respect to security: we have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that I have collected from you at our site.
While we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to Providence Subdivision and you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords or other account information. In addition, other Internet sites or services that may be accessible through Providence Subdivision have separate data and privacy practices independent of me, and therefore we disclaim any responsibility or liability for their policies or actions. Please contact those vendors and others directly if you have any questions about their privacy policies.
