Education
North Forsyth is home to fantastic schools! Plus, residents of Providence work at the local schools (one teaches part-time at Chestatee, the other is a math teacher at North Forsyth), and the son of a (different) long-time math teacher at North lives in the neighborhood as well.

Community
The neighbors in Providence are flat-out wonderful. No, really - they are! Neighbors get together on a regular basis for things like Bunco night, progressive dinners and Saturday afternoon block parties. And, each Christmas season there are gingerbread decorating parties for the kids and New Years Eve parties for families.

Location
The rolling foothills of north Georgia, Dahlonega, the beauty of Amicalola or Anna Ruby Falls, the Bavarian town of Helen, and the North Georgia Premium Outlets are just to north & west of us. To the east of us are the gorgeous shores and parks of Lake Lanier - and metro Atlanta is a short hop to the south.
