Closing Letters and Questions

Closing attorneys may use this form to request a closing letter. Standard closing letters cost is $200.00 and have a 10 business day turn around.

Closing letters are valid for thirty (30) days. If the closing does not take place during this period, the closing letter is void and a new closing letter must be requested to insure additional charges have not accrued.
