Closing Letters and Questions

Closing attorneys may use this form to request a closing letter. Standard closing letters cost is $150.00 and have a 10 business day turn around. Closing letters needed less than 3 days costs $200.00 and will be returned within 24 hours.

Closing letters are valid for thirty (30) days. If the closing does not take place during this period, the closing letter is void and a new closing letter must be requested to insure additional charges have not accrued.
